Initial Intake Cosmetic Acupuncture

A thorough consultation where we take time to discuss your health history, lifestyle, and any specific cosmetic concerns you may have. This helps me understand the root causes of any imbalances and design a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. Needles will be retained in the body and face for 30 minutes with an LED light, followed by a 10 minute facial cupping treatment to boost qi and circulation. Cosmetic acupuncture is recommended once or twice per week for 6 to 8 weeks to support gradual, cumulative changes in circulation, tone, and tissue health. After the initial series, maintenance treatments are typically scheduled every 3 to 4 weeks.
